[CALL FOR PAPERS QiR 2025_Final]

Dear colleagues,

Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia cordially invites academia, industry, government, and other stakeholders to participate in the 19th International Conference on Quality in Research (QiR 2025) with the theme of “Empowering Indonesia through AI-driven Innovation and Solutions for a Better Future”.

The event will be held on 27 – 28 October 2025 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, with the following symposia:

• Smart Infrastructure and Sustainable Design in Built Environments (SISDBE)
• Advanced Transportation Systems, Mechanical, and Ocean Technologies (ATSMOT)
• Artificial Intelligence and Automation for Smart Systems (AIASS)
• Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Technologies (AMMT)
• Renewable Energy and Clean Technology Innovations (RECTI)

and in Conjunction with:

• The 10th International Symposium on Biomedical Engineering (ISBE)
• The 10th Indonesia Japan Joint Scientific Symposium (IJJSS)

Important Dates:

• Deadline for Full Paper Submission: July 13, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: August 11, 2025
• Deadline for Early Bird Registration: August 18, 2025
